A video content producer, project manager, director, senior editor with extensive experience in the video & post-production industry working on feature films, commercials, branded contents, marketing videos and digital contents with a flair in digital marketing and creative video production. • Project Management: Able to take on a project from the start to the end by establishing an understanding and expectations with various parties in the project pipeline while managing resources, vendors, budgeting, scheduling and quality of the product.

• Content Production/Marketing: I produce by identifying the content objective, direction and strategies, provide ideation, concepts, creative solutions and framework design, story, write, direct, edit where which section deems fit depending on the nature and requirement of each project I handled.

• Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain cross functional relationships by overseeing, providing support and communicate with various stake holders in the project pipeline from superiors, management, clients, project partners, contractors to subordinates.

Having been involved in the media production industry for about 18 years, he was actively involved in the independent film making industry in Malaysia during the early days of his career. He founded the independent film making team called Dream Image in 2003, an independent film making team in Malaysia and had produced a few short films.
Since then, the team has won a couple of awards in the short film making industry naming, Cyberjaya Digital Video Competition, Astro Short Film Award and Malaysian Video Awards. One of the short film he co-produced and edited was also selected for screening in the Busan Film Festival in 2005.

In late 2005, he embarked into producing his first commercial feature film entitled Seed of Darkness a first Malaysian Chinese horror film that has been released in cinemas nationwide in late 2006. Seed of Darkness had received tremendous response from the media and public and premiered by ministers, thus making it the first local feature film, to be distributed by Columbia Tristar, a renowned international feature film distributor that distribute films such as Kung Fu Hustle and Spiderman trilogy. The film cast a star studded local artist, among them are Alvin Wong, Wong Sze Zen (Miss Malaysia World 2004), Amber Chia, Vic Teo (Malaysian Idol 2004 2nd Runners Up.

He had also worked on another feature film entitled “Fist Of Dragon” that is produced by the producer of IpMan2 & 14th Blades and directed by Michael Chuah. The film was released in Singapore cinemas in 2011 and in Malaysian cinemas on Feb 2012. The film had a strong cast from Singapore, China & Malaysia. Henry Thia, the famous comedian from Singapore (Money Not Enough 2), Wang Xiao Chen, upcoming young promising actress from China (Legend of Condor Heroes), Fiona Xie from Singapore (Rule No. 1)

Since then, he continued his professional journey producing, directing and manage various projects from commercials, branded contents, on air promos, corporate videos and consumer branding videos. He had worked under numerous established media & tv network such as Astro Malaysia, Media Corp TV Singapore, Fox Network, The Waltz Disney Companies, NBC Universal and other established production houses in Singapore & Malaysia.
